Atividades ProfissionaisThe Regional SOP Manager will report directly to the Regional Business Resourcing Management for South America.
This person will be responsible for the disciplinary direction and providing effective provision of human resources for Shop Team in the South American region.
This professional also holds accountability for developing an employeeoriented culture that emphasizes quality continuous improvement innovation key employee retention and development and high performance deliveries of function specific responsibilities while safeguarding company policies and applicable work procedures are followed.
Approval of needed resources in line with approval guidelines.
Planning assigning and reporting workload of the Shop Operations team.
Planning defining and ordering of the Shop Operations team.
Setting personal targets and goals for the Shop Operations team.
Setting training targets for the assigned employees as part of the continuous personal development.
Managing the Shop Operations budget.
Planning work environment e.g. workshop office complete infrastructure and equipmentSoftware required to enable an efficient effective handling of the business processes.
Escalation of resourcing related conflicts.
The mandatory qualification for a Regional Shop Operations Manager is a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or relevant working experience within the area.
The job of the Regional SOP manager requires a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude close cooperation and open communication with the Regional Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English Portuguese is a plus.
Must work within confidentiality nature of role.
Computer applications using MS Office based software.
Integrity and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Long and short term planning team building problem solving and decision making.
